This series of classes is designed for adults at a beginners level, or as a refresher for those with some knowledge of tai chi. Kathleen Brenner teaches a 10-form set of Yang style tai chi.
Learn the sequence of movements and practice on your own!
$30 series fee payable at first class. (Save the online fee: pay--cash only--at the first class.)
Note: No class March 9.
Kathleen Brenner has studied Tai Chi for over 20 years and has won several gold, silver and bronze medals in international competitions. Brenner has taught tai chi and Chi Kung to hundreds of people of all ages over the last twelve years. She was honored recently for being one of seven certified instructors in North America working under the direct guidance of Master Wang Hai Jun.
